**ALL Athletes will be scored together for prize money.

The results will be submitted to the SPF and Open Powerlifting according to your respective equipment choice.

Weigh In Times:

Friday, August 2 - 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

- NO SATURDAY MORNING WEIGH-INS -

Registration:

Registration deadline is July 1, 2024, with a cap of 70 lifters.

There will be a $25 late fee after the deadline date!

*This will allow for at least 3-4 flights of lifting.

​

Sanction:

This event will be fully sanctioned by the Southern Powerlifting Federation (SPF).

All lifters will need to become SPF members and must have a one-piece lifting suit for all lifts.

Lifters may purchase their SPF Membership Cards at weigh-ins - before Meet Day!

Adults - $30.00 / Teenage - $20.00

Lifter Prize Money will be awarded dependent on money generated and sponsorship monies.

A portion of lifter entry fees will be donated to the Lifter Prize Money Pot.
